A Huge Hair Ball

Weird Sports is going mainstream. That is if you consider WIRED.com mainstream.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been writing a weekly photo column for them on my weirdness. Some is file, work you’ve likely seen on this blog. Some is brand spanking new, work you’ve likely never seen on this blog.

I’m not sure how I’m going to do this for the long term, but for now, so that I can catch up, I’m going to post my favorite images of the new weirdness here on my blog. And I’ll include a link to the corresponding post and clever text on Wired. That work? Cool.

My first piece for Wired was on the regional beard and mustache championships right here in Portlandia. I love PDX.
